A Booking and Payment

Please read carefully, as payment of the rental deposit implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These general booking terms and conditions constitute a legal and binding agreement between Villa Trésor Bucovina and the guest(s) using the accommodation facilities for vacations or short-term stays. They regulate the use of the property.

By acknowledging this contract (deposit payment), the parties agree to comply with all provisions listed below.

To secure a booking, a deposit of 500 Euro / 2,500RON must be paid within 24 hours of submitting the booking request. This deposit is refundable within 24 hours after check-out, following an inspection of the property to ensure compliance with this rental agreement.

For bookings during July, August, December, and Easter holidays, 50% of the total rental amount must be paid alongside the deposit to secure the booking for the specified period. Failure to pay the deposit and advance within the stated period will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

The remaining balance of the total rental price must be paid prior to check-in or upon arrival, as per the payment instructions provided by the owner of Villa Trésor Bucovina.

B. Cancellation Policy - the basics

Please note that in the event of cancellation, modifications, or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Changes to booking dates can only be made subject to availability and must be requested within 3 days of paying the deposit.

For public holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, December 1st), if the booking is canceled less than 90 calendar days in advance, the cancellation policy will retain both the deposit and the 50% advance payment.

C. Guest Access & Facilities

  • Check-in: Starting from 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

    Maximum Occupancy: 8 people (adults and children)
    The property accommodates a maximum of 8 people, including adults and children. A baby crib is available and does not count towards the total guest number.

    NOTE: Children must always be supervised by an adult, and the property owners are not liable for any accidents.

    If Villa Trésor Bucovina is not reserved, check-in and check-out times can be modified upon request and for an additional fee.

    Guests will have full access to the property, including the garden. Access to the Spa area will only be available after payment for these services.

  • Villa Trésor Bucovina provides free high-speed satellite internet via SpaceX.

    • Three bedrooms with king-size beds (180 x 160 cm)

    • One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm)

      All bedrooms are located on the first floor and have en-suite bathrooms.

A spacious relaxation area on the second floor
TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max Library

Workspace

The Outdoors:
The garden includes a barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor sound system, and ambient lighting. Hardwood (provided free of charge) is available for the barbecue and pizza oven. For stays longer than 2 nights, firewood is replenished every two days. Additional firewood can be purchased for a fee.

The Spa Area:
The Spa features a premium Wellis Danube Swimspa, suitable for professional swimming and massages during summer and winter. It can be heated or cooled (up to 37°C). Guests wishing to use the Spa must notify the owners in advance, as heating the pool in cold weather requires several days.

The Spa also includes a wood-burning dry sauna.

Spa Access Fees:
120 EUR/day (600 RON), with a minimum of 2 days required.

D. Guest Rules and Obligations

Guests agree to use the property responsibly and respectfully.

  • Guests must follow all usage and safety rules set by the owner.

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order both

    inside and outside the villa. The property, including the kitchen, dining area, and barbecue, must be left in the same condition as received.

    Optional Cleaning Service:
    If unable to clean, guests can opt for an additional cleaning service for 300 RON.

    Damages:
    Property damage will be deducted from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, additional costs will be pursued amicably or through legal means.

    Smoking Policy:
    Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas and is strictly prohibited in the sauna or pool area. Non-compliance will result in a 1,200 RON cleaning fee, deducted from the deposit.

    Pets:
    No pets are allowed on the property.
